Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard says the club must offer Didier Drogba a brand new contract after the "unique" striker helped them to win the FA Cup.
Drogba became the 1st player to attain in four FA Cup finals when he netted the winner against Liverpool.
In December, the 34-year-old Ivory Coast striker rejected a one-year extension, saying he wanted two years.
"Im desperate for him to remain. He's an impressive player. Hes a machine," Lampard said. "Hes unique."
"He's not just that giant man. He's the sort of handful. He scores goals that matter and thats priceless."

Drogba - linked with moves to China, the center East, France and the us - showed his worth when he scored his eighth goal in eight Wembley appearances on Saturday.
"Hes unique," said Lampard. "There is no such thing as a-one like Didier as a player, not with the type of bulldozer thing he has got and along with his sublime touch and finish.
"Everyone has to maneuver on at some stage and you've in finding an extra player or an extra way of playing but for what he has done at this club, he deserves everything.
"Its been a pleasure to play with him and it might be a pleasure to hold on twiddling with him because he gives defenders any such hard time.
"His body is a machine, whenever you examine him stripped down. Hes lost no pace, hes lost none of his finishing instinct.
"As a guy, i like Didier and whatever he decides to do, whether he stays or whatever, he was a hero for this club and may go down as a legend."
