Sean Bean rose to major fame last year due to his role in Game of Thrones. However the charges levied against the actor yesterday are faraway from playful.
According to UK's The Daily Mail, Bean was arrested by local police after allegedly placing harassing phone calls and sending abusive text messages to his ex-wife, actress Georgina Sutcliffe.
He was booked at Holborn police station and compelled to provide DNA/fingerprint samples.
No other details can be found presently, however the couple split in 2010, citing "irreconcilable differences" of their divorce papers. That they had been wed for 2 years after meeting in 2003.
Bean, who currently appears inside the ABC drama Missing, was married four times.
